Privacy

Plain-English privacy.

Day Sparks collects as little information as practical, uses it for the reason it was shared and does not sell it.

Effective August 23, 2026

Information you choose to share

If you contact Day Sparks, the information in your message may include your name, email address, phone number, business name, current website and project details. It is used to respond to the inquiry, discuss a project and maintain ordinary business records.

Inquiry forms

The forms on the Home, Start Something and Restaurant Partnership pages submit information through a Cloudflare Worker. The Worker sends the message to Day Sparks through Resend. Inquiry details are not placed into a marketing list.

Email records

Messages sent through a form or by email may remain in normal business email records so Day Sparks can respond, prepare a proposal, manage a project or maintain records related to the conversation.

Hosting and technical information

This site is delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser or device information, request details and security signals.

Analytics and advertising

This version of the site does not intentionally use advertising pixels or cross-site advertising trackers. If analytics, advertising tools or embedded services are added later, this policy should be updated.

Third-party services

Cloudflare and Resend support site delivery and form email delivery. Their own privacy practices apply to information they process as service providers.

Sharing information

Day Sparks does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers when needed to operate the website or provide a requested service, or when required by law.

Your questions

For privacy questions or requests related to information you shared, email hello@daysparks.com.

A note about this policy

This page describes the current practices of a small business website. It should be revisited if the site adds customer accounts, ecommerce, advertising pixels, embedded scheduling tools or other services that collect additional information.
